The Compensation policy of Ton Dong A is built to create equity, improve performace and strengthen the long-term bond with the members. Ton Dong A's pay rate and allowances are paid based on the position (each position requires different levels of knowledge, skills, challenges and responsibilities), work performance and working seniority. All positions are analyzed, evaluated in detail and put into a unified system throughout the Company. Every year, the prevailing rate as well as the income for each position are assessed, reviewed and adjusted accordingly by the Human Resources Department.
